 SABRE Consortium and Work Package Meetings at ISAG 2010 Minimize

SABRE Consortium Meeting
A SABRE Consortium Meeting was held from 17:30 on Wednesday 28th July 2010, following on from the SABRE scientific session.
A Consortium Dinner was held after the Consortium Meeting.

SABRE WP Meetings
WP1 (Numerical Genomics):
Monday 26th July 2010, 17:15. WP co-ordination meeting to discuss the final reporting for WP1. Led by DJ de Koning.
WP2 (Epigenetics): Tuesday 27th July 2010, 17:15.  Led by Jean-Paul Renard.
WP3 (Genomics and Bioinformatics): No WP meeting as the science from WP3 was covered in the ISAG Pig Genetics and Genomics Workshop on Tuesday 27th July 2010 at 14:00.
WP4 (Gut Health and Functionality): Meeting cancelled.
WP5 (Mammary function): Tuesday 27th July 2010, 17:15.  Led by Peter Sorensen.
WP6 (Fertility and Reproduction): No meeting at ISAG. WP6 members held a conference call on 5th July 2010.
WP7 (Product Safety): Monday 26th July 2010, 17:15. Led by Ian Dunn.
WP8 (Animal Well-Being): Tuesday 27th July 2010, 17:15. Led by Pierre Mormede.
WP9 (Product Quality):  Meeting cancelled. Informal discussions during conference.
WP10 (Demonstration): No meeting.

Please note that as the ISAG Conference is a SABRE activity, your organisation may charge the costs (travel, subsistence, registration fee) of SABRE scientists attending the ISAG Conference against your organisation’s SABRE budget. Please discuss with your supervisor or SABRE’s coordinator within your organisation to verify that sufficient funds are available within your organisation’s SABRE budget and that you can use them for this purpose (see http://www.sabre-eu.eu/Partners/tabid/177/Default.aspx for details of SABRE Coordinators within each organisation).
